Scope and parties
This agreement concerns the camp services selected by the customer identified in the booking form, supplied by the service provider identified here. The selected camp description and the final booking summary form part of the agreement. For arrangements qualifying as a package tour, mandatory package-travel provisions apply; this document does not exclude or replace those rights.
Your selected booking
The booking review identifies your camp, dates, participant count, room selection, total price, amount due and balance deadline. Read the selected camp’s inclusions and exclusions together with this summary before submitting. Request clarification from MED if any detail is missing. A saved request does not reserve a confirmed place, take payment or create a paid booking.
What you are booking
MED arranges the camp described on the selected camp page. Services take place at the stated destination and on the agreed dates; there is no physical shipment. Accommodation, meals, transfers, coaching, activities and race entry are included only where expressly listed for that camp. Flights, visas, personal expenses, equipment hire and optional extras are not included unless expressly stated. Room supplements are shown before submission. Ask MED about accessibility and individual requirements before booking.
Price and payment
Prices are available in GBP, EUR, USD and Turkish lira (TRY / TL). Your booking summary states the selected currency and the fixed amount due. Once your request is saved, that currency and those amounts remain attached to the booking. No card charge is made when saving a request. Before authorising a payment, review the payable currency, final total including applicable taxes, any applicable conversion basis and available payment methods. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email or WhatsApp. A deposit is part-payment of the total, not an additional fee. Its balance and due date are shown in your summary. A quotation is required where a price is not yet confirmed; no payment can be taken against an unknown price.
Confirmation and service delivery
Your place is confirmed only after payment is successfully received and availability is confirmed. Keep your booking reference. Final accommodation, arrival and transfer arrangements and any provider-specific requirements must be supplied in writing before travel. Contact MED promptly if your confirmation is missing or incorrect. MED remains your booking contact when hotels, coaches, transfer operators or agencies perform services.
Participants and safety
Provide accurate participant details and obtain permission to submit another person’s details. Check the camp’s age and training requirements. Follow reasonable safety instructions; weather and safety may require session adjustments. Tell MED about necessary arrangements before committing, without putting medical records in general booking fields. Personal travel and sports insurance should cover your intended activities. This does not replace any insurance the organiser must provide by law or waive liability or consumer rights.
Changes, cancellations and complaints
The Cancellation & refunds notice forms part of these terms. No undisclosed cancellation fee is accepted by checking this box. Contact contact@medperformancecamps.com with your booking reference for a change, cancellation or complaint. Mandatory consumer and package-travel rights prevail over these terms. Nothing restricts access to competent consumer arbitration bodies or courts, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Record of your agreement
You can download these texts before submitting. The terms version and time of acknowledgement are stored with your booking request. A final booking contract and any camp-specific conditions must be supplied on a durable medium before a payment obligation is accepted. Materially different conditions require your agreement; checking this box is not advance consent to unknown fees.
Withdrawal and fixed-date services
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, notify MED in writing using the contact details above. Fixed-date accommodation and qualifying leisure services may be exempt from the general 14-day withdrawal right. Package-tour termination rights remain separate and are explained in Cancellation & refunds. A deposit is not automatically non-refundable.
